INGREDIENTS
12 white mushrooms
100g bacon slatted
mozzarella cheese
Olive oil and white wine
Pepper and garlic powder

Start by placing the mushrooms to soak in hot water and after shave 5minutos separate the feet and drain well.

In a skillet saute the bacon in a tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper, sauté the sliced ​​mushrooms feet (into 4 pieces), cool off with a little white wine, and reserve. With the juices left in pan saute the tops of the mushrooms.

In a baking dish with a little olive oil, place the tops of the mushrooms with the opening up, place the bacon and sprinkle with grated cheese, bake in the oven just to roast (about 5-10minutes at 150 º C).

Serve with a fresh salad, for example: watercress salad.

Tip: Use the remaining bacon and mushrooms feet with a simple spaghetti and cream or béchamel sauce.
